“All professionals need a personal
sounding board…another professional who has faced and conquered
challenges, who can offer a different point of view, while cheering
them on. Obviously, coaching is more than just another perspective
— it’s an effective working relationship that provides
clarity, motivation and nonjudgmental support to help you create
the best game plan to achieve your goals — whether it’s
the next leadership position, solving a specific business problem,
creating more work-life balance or navigating a major career transition.
With my combination of professional experience and a strong commitment
to help you achieve your goals, I believe I’m the coach
who can help make a difference in your professional and personal
life.”

What Makes a Great Executive Coach?
"The best coaches have internalized
an understanding of business practices and organizational dynamics based
on actual experience. They know what it’s like to meet, surpass
or miss key business metrics and the consequences they can have on a manager,
his/her employees and the organization. The outstanding coach knows how
a client’s organization works and his/her role in the dynamics and
politics of the organization."
Susan Ennis, Executive Coach
2003 Conference on Coaching for Business Results
"powerful
leadership focus is on who and how they are, not just what they
do".

The Coaching Process
The 1.2.1 executive coaching process is designed
to help clients maximize their own performance as well as drive organizational
goals. The process allows the client to create focus, identify specific
goals and take the necessary steps to achieve targeted outcomes. The approach
is based on support and feedback; self-awareness; strengthening leadership
and communication skills and strategies that influence change.
Coaching is done on a customized one-on-one basis either in person, by
telephone, via e-mail, or by some combination thereof. It's fully CONFIDENTIAL,
giving you the opportunity to share your aspirations, highlight your accomplishments
and objectively evaluate your choices.
Coaching engagements vary for each client, generally designed to be completed
in 3-6 months. Coaching sessions typically happen three times per month
with access to me, as needed, between sessions. An initial assessment
of the client is created to evaluate and tailor coaching goals.
Coaching fees are determined on a project-by-project basis.
